In the next step, we audit your machinery, equipment and production lines to assess the complexity of hardware infrastructure. At this stage, we reflect on the possibility of integrating Stabilis with the existing infrastructure without interfering with running devices.
Pricing and signing a contract
Once we know what is on the table, we are ready to provide the cost estimate of the installation, maintenance, and development effort.
Having agreed on the terms of cooperation, we enter into a contract and get to work.
Design and configuration
It all starts with the design. Stabilis is not an off-the-shelf product. The system’s capacity is immense, that is why it needs to be made-to-measure to suit different implementation scenarios. However, this process is smooth and quick, as the system is made up of numerous ready-made modules.
After the design of the solution is finished and has been accepted by your organization, we are ready to discuss the time frame and draw up the implementation schedule. Of utmost importance is to make sure that the schedule fits with the organization’s needs and exerts the least possible influence over the ongoing production process.
Implementations and tests
This is the stage that everyone looks forward to. We integrate Stabilis with your enterprise, and you can enjoy watching how your management is taking on a new face. Most importantly, while implementing Stabilis, we do not interfere with any machinery, let alone halting production. Your facility can continue its operations without interruption.
When Stabilis is ready to run, we provide training to all future users selected within the organization. It is important that, once launched, the system should be already well-known and even appreciated by its users.
